Emily Ansenk


Emily Ansenk – director of the Holland Festival since 2019, art historian. In the years 2008-2019 she was the director of Kunsthal Rotterdam. Founder and director of the private Frisia Museum (later Scheringa) in Spanbroek, the Netherlands (1996-2008). As the director of the Holland Festival, Ansenk is responsible for its policy, strategy, artistic direction, selection of program curators in particular fields, organization and finances (from 2022, Katarzyna Tórz is the curator of the theater and dance program at the festival).

Ansenk is a member of many artistic commissions and juries, such as the jury of the Sacha Tanja Medal and the Henri Winkelman Award. He also serves on the board of the Job Dura Charitable Foundation and the Ron Mandos Young Blood Foundation for emerging artists. In 2016, she participated in the Getty Leadership Program at Claremont University in Los Angeles.

Inge Ceustermans


Inge Ceustermans is the CEO of the Festival Academy, a non-profit organization initiated by the European Festivals Association (EFA). Inge Ceustermans has a master’s degree in language and literature, specializing in theater studies. From 2003 to 2012, she was the general director of the Brussels-based artist group Needcompany under the artistic direction of Jan Lauwers, before working for the European Festivals Association (EFA), an organization of over 80 festivals in Europe and beyond. He advises artists on general strategy and international relations . She is also a member of the advisory committee of the Agency of Arts and Heritage in Flanders.

DorotaSemenowicz


Dorota Semenowicz – curator, theater expert, playwright, doctor of humanities. In the years 2009–2023, she curated the Malta Festival Poznań. In 2009-2020 she worked in the literary department of the National Theater in Warsaw. From September 2024, she will serve as the plenipotentiary of the director of the National Stary Theater (Dorota Ignatjew) for international cooperation. She graduated from the University of Paris III Sorbonne-Nouvelle (theaterology, literary studies) and obtained her PhD from the Jagiellonian University (2013). He is an assistant professor at the Theater Academy in Warsaw. She published the books ” This is not a picture. Romeo Castellucci and Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio” (2013, English version 2016) and „Mechanics of Scandal” (2023). She is the editor of collective works and the author of articles on contemporary performing arts. As a playwright, she collaborated primarily with Maciej Podstawny. She created the musical installation Doctor Faustus with Romeo Castellucci.
