The story of one night in Rome and one night for Ukraine now lasting four months.
A multidisciplinary and multicultural project based on William Shakespeare’s The Rape of Lucretia, Ukrainian folk songs, poetry by Taras Shevchenko, Lesa Ukrainka and Christina Bila, testimonies by Ovid and documented stories of women from Kiev and Kharkiv.
The play was developed and staged during the Shakespeare Festival in Craiova, Romania.
